UP's ADG Prashant Kumar said, conspiracy theory of riots coming in the investigation. After investigation it will be known who else were involved. All the investigations are being done after the victim's family has said. We got treatment where the victim's family wished. People were not letting the victim's body be taken, in the end the body was cremated with heavy force. We already had information that an ethnic violence could erupt. In the Hathras case, the SIT was formed and CBI investigation was recommended.
