PM Modi addresses rally in Cuttack to mark 4 years of his government

As the BJP government completed 4 years PM Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Odisha's Cuttack. During his rally PM talked about OROP, surgical strike and also attacked Congress. Tearing the Congress, he said that the Congress only believed in the concept of 'family first instead of country first.'
