PM Narendra Modi addresses rally in Tumkur, says Congress failed to transform lives of poor

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed an election rally in Tumkur, Karnataka ahead of the assembly elections due on May 12. PM Modi attacked the Siddaramaiah led state government while addressing the people in Tumkur. Congress believed in divide and rule philosophy and hence divided people on the basis of caste, PM Modi added.
