Pollution: Toxic Foam Covers Chennai Beach For Second Time In A Month

A layer of white foam has been covering one of the most famous beaches in Chennai for four days.  People were found clicking photos but the noteworthy fact here is that people are forced to live such an unfortunate condition of pollution.
