Portals of Badrinath Temple open for devotees

The portals of Badrinath Temple opened at 4.30 am today amidst Vedic chanting and tunes of the Army band in Chamoli's Badrinath. Scores of devotees from across the country visited the temple. The gates of the Char Dham consisting of four Himalayan shrines, including Badrinath are reopened every year in April-May.
