Pulwama attack: High-level Cabinet Committee on Security in Delhi

As many as 42 CRPF jawans were killed and dozens of others injured after an SUV with 350 kg of explosives hit a bus carrying the personnel in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Thursday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a high-level CCS (Cabinet Committee on Security) meeting in New Delhi to discuss the action plan. The meeting was attended by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minsiter Arun jaitley, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Army chief General Bipin Rawat.
