QUESTION HOUR: Is Railway not learning lessons from mishaps?

At least five people were left injured after a part of a road overbridge collapsed in Andheri West on Tuesday morning. Emergency services were deployed for rescue operation at the site and also to remove the debris. The incident is tragic and most unexpected and an order has been given to the Commissioner of railway safety for an enquiry into the reasons behind the collapse and the reports is to be submitted within 15 days, said Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.
