Radha Mohan Singh on rain hit farmers

Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh had said that unseasonal rains and hailstorms have damaged rabi (winter-sown) crops in about 113 lakh hectares in the country. But at the same time he has found the previous UPA Govt. accountable for the current crisis.
