Rahul Gandhi in Gujarat: Congress VP criticises PM Narendra Modi, says 'Make in India' campaign has failed

Rahul Gandhi who attended a rally in Gandinagar on Monday has said that PM Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' and Startup India' campaigns have failed. He criticised the Gujarat government saying there are 30 lakhs unemployed youth in the state.
