Rahul Gandhi, in a surprise tweet, uploaded 4-page resignation letter, reiterating his stand on Congress debacle in Lok Sabha Election. He wrote that he is no longer Congress president and the party's working committee should meet immediately to decide on his successor. His tweet read- "It is an honour for me to serve the Congress Party, whose values and ideals have served as the lifeblood of our beautiful nation.
