Rain in Mumbai: Locals explain REAL reason of wall collapse in Malad

They said that BMC officials have stopped nala (drain) that is why the flow of water turned to slums’ area. Meanwhile, the death count in wall collapse in Mumbai’s Malad rose to 15.
