Raksha Bandhan 2018: Punjab Food Safety Department raids sweet factory ahead of festival

In a move to promote healthy food and to drive out unhygienic food processing units in Punjab, Food Safety officers cracked down upon a sweet factory in Faridkot ahead of the Raksha Bandhan festival. The surprise raid was conducted as many shops prepare and stock sweets during the festival. The collected samples have been sent for testing.
