Ramzan ceasefire in J&K not to be extended; security operations will resume: Rajnath Singh

In view of the continuing violence following the month-long halting of operations along LoC, the Centre on Sunday decided to resume security operations against militants in Jammu and Kashmir. "The Government of India decides not to extend the suspension of operations in J&K announced at the beginning of Ramazan. The operations against the terrorists to resume," the Home Ministry tweeted.
