Randeep Surjewala: Haryana has highest number of brutal gangrapes

The Haryana Police has set the special investigation team (SIT) to look into the alleged gangrape of a 19-year-old woman in Haryana. The team has announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for anyone who helps crack the case. The incident triggered a sharp agitation from the Opposition. Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said, "Under the Khattar government, state already has the highest number of brutal gangrapes as per NCRB data."
