Ranjeet Bachchan Murder Case: Suspected Shooter Arrested From Mumbai

A joint team of the police and the special task force (STF) arrested a man, suspected to be a shooter, from Mumbai on Wednesday in connection with the murder of Vishwa Hindu Mahasabha leader Ranjeet Bachchan. After the shooter was arrested, two other persons were also taken into custody from neighbouring areas. The Lucknow police had earlier on Wednesday detained four persons in connection with the murder of the right wing Hindu outfit leader, who was shot dead while he was out on a morning walk in Hazratganj.
