Report Does Not Support Claim: CJI On J&K High Court Inaccessibility

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said he received a report from Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court on claim of inaccessibility. "We have received the report from the chief justice (of Jammu and Kashmir High Court) which does not support your (advocate) statement," CJI said. Watch the full report. The CJI made this statement while hearing the pleas of child rights activists Enakshi Ganguly and Shanta Sinha and Kashmir Times editor Anuradha Bhasin.
