SC Rejects Review Petition Of Convict: Report On Nirbhaya Case

The Supreme Court has rejected a review petition, filed by one of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape-and-murder case, saying there was no ‘error in the 2017 verdict’. Meanwhile, the Patiala House Court refused to issue death warrants to the Nirbhaya convicts. The court ordered the Tihar Jail to issue fresh notices to the convicts.
