SCO summit 2019: PM Modi avoided handshake with Imran Khan

At the SCO summit in Kyrgyzstan's Bishkek, PM Modi made it very clear that talks and terror will not go together. Just having a sit at some steps away from his Pakistan counterpart, PM neither shook hands nor extended any greeting to Imran. After Pulwama attacks, India has decided to not engage in any talks with Pakistan. On the other hand, Imran Khan has been writing to PM Modi to initiate talks.
