Sheila Dikshit's last rites at 2.30 pm, 2-day state mourning declared

Three-time Delhi chief minister and veteran Congress leader Sheila Dikshit, whose contribution to transforming the national capital is acknowledged by leaders cutting across the party lines, passed away on Saturday following cardiac arrest. Her body has been kept at her Nizamuddin East residence. She will be accorded a state funeral today. Her last rites will take place at Nigambodh Ghat at 2:30 pm. Watch the video.
