Shobha Ojha expresses condolences over death of Sheila Dikshit

Congress leader Shobha Ojha expressed condolences over death of former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit. The Congress stalwart, 81, who was hospitalised at Fortis Escorts heart institute in a critical state, has died on Saturday. According to reports, the three-time Delhi chief minister from Congress was suffering from cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and was put on a ventilator in a critical condition.
