Smriti Irani downplays Rahul Gandhi's candlelight vigil, says he stood in support of Gayatri Prajapati

Pointing out to Rahul Gandhi's alleged support for rape accused Gayatri Prasad Prajapati, Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting (I&B), Smriti Irani, on Friday, downplayed Congress President Rahul Gandhi's candlelight vigil against the Kathua and Unnao rape cases. "Rahul Gandhi earlier stood in support of Gayatri Prasad Prajapati. It's just his compulsion to take a stand this time but Amethi knows the truth.
