First spell of monsoon left trail of destruction in many states. Uttrakhand’s Ramnagar, UP’s Moradabad and Hardoi, Chattishgarh Surguja witnessed heavy rain. Most of roads in these cities sunk into rainwaters. The rain rampage threw normal life out of gear. The cars were seen floating on water like toys. The heavy rain also surfaced the unamendable mismanagement of authorities. Watch the special report.
