Speed News at 4 PM: Congress leaders detained for trying to lock down RBI's headquarters

Former Union Home Minister Sushil kumar Shinde and Gujarat Congress president Bharatsinh Solanki along with nearly 130 party workers were detained by police for trying to lock down the RBI’s regional headquarters here while protesting against demonetisation.
