Speed News: Delhi Police arrests wanted criminal in UP after encounter

Delhi Police on Saturday arrested a wanted criminal in Uttar Pradesh following a brief encounter. The gangster had allegedly killed a Ghaziabad based builder over a property dispute. The police seized a pistol and carbine from the gangster.
