Congress President Rahul Gandhi will leave for a two-day visit to Karnataka from Thursday. The party chief will also release Congress's election manifesto for upcoming state Assembly elections, scheduled to take place on May 12, 2018. Rahul will visit Uttara Kannada district in the north-western part of the state. Besides these, he is scheduled to hold several public meetings in Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, and Bhatkal.
