Time to ply on even cars today

Over 1,300 persons were penalised for violating the odd-even car rationing on the first day of its second phase’s implementation in the national capital today. While 884 motorists were punished by Delhi Traffic Police, challans to as many as 427 persons were issued by the enforcement unit of Delhi Transport department, taking the total figure to 1,311, senior officials said.
