Arun Jaitley, former Union finance minister and a BJP stalwart passed away at Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Saturday. He was 66. Jaitley was admitted on August 9 after he complained of breathlessness. Jaitley in his luminous career achieved a number of milestones. His political journey started with winning student election in Delhi University in 1974. Jaitley completed his Law in 1977 at 37.
