Triple talaq bill introduced in Parliament; Asaduddin Owaisi calls it violation of women rights

The Parliament on Thursday tabled the triple talaq bill which criminalises the practice of instant divorce and provides a jail term of three years to the offender. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi opposed the introduction of the bill calling it a violation of women rights.
