UP budget session: Opposition protests against Kasganj clashes, uproar eclipses governor's address

The budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature commenced on Thursday amidst ruckus by the opposition regarding the Kasgsanj clashes. The opposition members raised slogans and protested against the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh and even raised their voice when the governor stated that strong security measures resulted in a positive impact on the crime front.
