UP polls | Congress manifesto promises to change the face of UP in next 5 years

The Congress on Wednesday released its manifesto for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. The manifesto was released in the presence of Congress state president Raj Babbar along with other senior leaders including Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ashok Gehlot, Salman Khurshid, and Shiela Dixit.
