Utkal Express accident: Khatauli station master says he had no idea about the work going on track

In a recent update on Utkal Express accident, the station master has said that he had no idea about the work in progress on the railway track. The unfortunate accident where Utkal Kalinga Express train derailed in Khatauli, has claimed 23 lives till now.
