Uttar Pradesh: 60-year-old man beaten to death

A 60-year-old man was beaten to death after he refused to give sachet of ‘pan masala’ to a youth who offered to pay for it later in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. Police has launched a search operation to nab the accused. The victim died on the spot, according to police. An FIR was registered against unidentified persons under Section 302 (punishment for murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Beniganj police station.
