Voting began for second phase of politically-crucial Uttar Pradesh assembly elections 2017 at 7am on Wednesday morning. In this phase, SP will fight to save its majority, while a close second BSP maintains a steady threat. With an astounding performance by BJP in Lok Sabha elections, it may prove to be an underdog.
