Uttarakhand: Cattle drown in flood water

A herd of cattle drowned along flowing water in Uttarakhand. The state witnessed heavy floods and land slides as monsoon rains lashed the state. Landslides in different parts of the state blocked 120 rural roads. However, Disaster management personnel managed to maintain a vigil especially on settlements along river banks.
