Watch | Prakash Javadekar takes charge of I&B Ministry

After given portfolios, the newly appointed ministers have started to take charge of their respective ministries. Prakash Javdekar, who replaces Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore as the minister of Information and Broadcasting also took charge earlier in the day. In PM Modi's first term, Javdekar was the minister of Human Resource Development.
