Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met Lt. governor Najeeb Jung ahead of the gang rape of a toddler and five-year-old girlin the capital.Kejriwal had questioned PM Modi on the rise in crimes against women and demand control over Delhi police. Now, he questions Jung on the measures to protect women in the capital.
