What Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury Said On Row Over New Traffic Norms

Congress Leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said the fines are out of proportion and not suitable for public. Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Act 2019 was not imposed in Congress ruled states- Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
