What Army Chief General Naravane Said On Border Dispute With China

After taking charge as India&rsquos 28th Army Chief, Manoj Mukund Naravane said his priority will be to be operationally prepared at all times. &ldquoWe will pay special attention to respect human rights&rdquo, said General Naravane on Wednesday. &ldquoWe have LAC with China. The border question is yet to be settled. There is peace and tranquillity on the border&rdquo, General Naravane added.
