What J-K Governor Malik said on Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury's statement

Countering Congress' leader, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury's allegations, J-K Governor Satya Pal Malik said, "Whenever country will go to elections, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury will be quoted." Malik was referring to Chowdhury's statement on PoK and Kashmir which he made in the Lok Sabha.
