What J&K Chief Secretary said on restoration of telecom connectivity

BVR Subrahmanyam, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary said that schools will be opened after the weekend area by area. “The government offices are functional from today. Telecom connectivity will be gradually eased and restored in a phased manner,” he added. “There has not been loss of a single life or serious injury despite concerted efforts by Pakistan,” the Secretary said.
