What Karnataka Speaker’s lawyer Singhvi said after SC’s order on MLAs

The Supreme Court on Friday ordered status quo on resignations by the rebel MLAs. Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared for Karnataka Speaker said that, “the Speaker will decide the disqualification first.” He also added that The Speaker is duty-bound to decide on the disqualification first.
