Why law on mob lynching not being enacted? Asks Asaduddin Owaisi

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi raised mob lynching issue citing Jharkhand and Bihar’s violence incidents. He also asked the government why it did not make a law on mob lynching despite the Supreme Court’s direction.
