Will not hold talks with Pakistan at SCO summit in China, says Indian envoy Gautam Bambawale

The consensus reached between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Wuhan would be reflected at the Qingdao summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
