Congress leader Kapil Sibal tore into Modi government over Delhi unrest. Targeting Home Minister Amit Shah in Rajya Sabha, he said you kept former CMs in under detension in J-K assuming their speeches may cause disturbance but in Delhi you did not arrest any leader who made hate speeches.
