Speaking to media, former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit said, "All our candidates have contested systematically and our target is 7 seats". Arvinder Singh Lovely said, " This is the time when candidates should have gone to the public but they are indulged in accusing each other." Expressing his views on Lok Sabha elections, former Delhi Congress chief, Ajay Maken said, "We are hopeful about our victory. We will win all the seven seats. Ceiling in Delhi is the most important issue and people want Congress to solve this problem." BJP's candidate from East Delhi constituency, Gambhir said, "Voting is your right, and you must use it. Especially, first-time voters should come out and vote for the betterment of the nation."
