EC refuses to debar Sadhvi Pragya from contesting Lok Sabha elections

The Election Commission of India has refused to debar Sadhvi Pragya from contesting elections. EC has said that there's no provision of stopping an accused from contesting elections. Earlier, Congress leader Tehseen Poonawalla had moved EC against Sadhvi Pragya's candidature.
