Exclusive: 'Congress' ego is at peak, they don’t care about anything'
News Nation Bureau 11 May 2019, 09:08 PM
Speaking exclusively to News Nation on Sam Pitroda's recent statement on 1984 anti-Sikh riots, PM said, " If you are limiting yourself to Sam Pitroda, this is not right. When Rajiv Gandhi became PM, his first remark was “ when a big tree falls, the earth shakes.†After that whatever happened was in the continuity of that remark." PM went on to add, "Those who shook earth were blessed. After that, the commissions were made. In fact, a person was made Punjab polls in-charge. After a huge uproar over his role in 84 riots, he was removed and later made CM. The victims feel that they don’t care about us. Sam Pitroda’s remark is part of that very school of thought."
