India's unemployment rate highest in 45 years: Rahul Gandhi in Gujarat

Addressing the Jan Sankalp Rally followed by the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Gujarat, party chief Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday assured to provide Minimum Income Guarantee to the poor citizens if voted to power in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.Training his gun at the Modi-led BJP government, the Gandhi scion said, "Unemployment is highest in 45 years. Youth are migrating to different parts of the country to find employment".
