Manmohan Singh not as tough as PM Modi on terrorism: Sheila Dikshit

While speaking on terrorism, Congress senior leader and former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi took stricter actions than former PM Manmohan Singh. When she felt that the comment may backfire, she took U-turn, saying her comment has been twisted. Dikshit, 3-time chief minister of Delhi, was recently appointed as Congress chief of the state unit.
