PM Modi meets President Kovind, proposes to dissolve 16th Lok Sabha

PM Modi called on President Ram Nath Kovind on Friday After winning a historic mandate. The PM proposed to dissolve the 16th Lok Sabha. Earlier in the day, Union Cabinet passed a resolution to dissolve the 16th Lok Sabha. Now PM Modi and his Cabinet members will tender their resignation to the President so that the proceeding to form a new Cabinet can begin.
